Tarn Taran Kaur

Lead trainer Tarn Taran Kaur Khalsa began teaching Kundalini Yoga internationally in 1972 when Yogi Bhajan asked her and her husband, Tarn Taran Singh, to move to the Netherlands. In 1975, the couple relocated to Hamburg, Germany where they opened the first German Kundalini Yoga School and Ashram. In 1976, they established the first German Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program and German Kundalini Yoga Teacher Association.

Tarn Taran Kaur has dedicated her life to teaching Kundalini Yoga, using Yogi Bhajan’s motto: “A teacher must train the student to be TEN times greater than his/her self!” She was recognized personally by Yogi Bhajan as a Level One and Level Two Teacher Trainer. She is also an International KRI Teacher Trainer Mentor, and a founding member of TTEC (Teacher Training Executive Council). She authored the Conscious Pregnancy manuals and training programs.

For over 10 years she served in positions of CEO, and Sales and Marketing Executive, directly under the supervision of Yogi Bhajan, for the non-profit, and for-profit legacy corporations: 3HO, KRI, Sikh Dharma, and Yogi Tea.

Her wit and wisdom touch the hearts of all. She has the sensitive art of guiding an individual through the process of awakening his/her inner grace, strength and potential; the subtle skill which she learned under the direct guidance of Yogi Bhajan for over 30 years.

Today she shares the teaching of Kundalini Yoga around the globe, with her home base in New Mexico with her husband, Tarn Taran Singh.

Currently living in Bali with her husband and teenage son, she enjoys creating healthy food recipes & cooking with community; learning about different cultures & long walks in nature.
She is appreciated for her down to earth approach & creativity. She values empathy, authenticity and keeping the imagination alive.
Siri Prakash creates a safe space of belonging so participants may cultivate skills to master change, stability & steadiness. She holds a sacred space of belonging where one can give form to vision and manifest dreams into realities.
She contains a sovereign space of belonging through harmonious connection for the creation of enduring purpose and value.
Siri Prakash brings experiences of learning from a diverse collection of degrees and certificates such as B.S. Special Education, Deaf Studies; M.S. Holistic Nutrition & Education; 200 hour Certificate Psycho-Structural Balancing and most recently Therapeutic Spiral Model strategies.

Siri Prakash is the Founder and Board Director for NorCal Women’s Camp, a non profit organization in California whose events have helped hundreds of women transform their lives. She has facilitated women’s circles since 2004 in the USA, Philippines & Bali. Embracing the opportunity to be the change for new revival, she is currently coordinating the South East Asia & Australia trainers in training collaboration for a Level 1 blended program.

Manshant Kaur
Manshant Kaur is a KRI Professional trainer, singer and educator. As a musician and teacher, the spiritual path of yoga and devotional chanting has shaped her life and given her daily succour and strength since she found it in 2010. Living in Mexico for 11 years brought many challenges, joys, and expansion.

Manshant played a key part in setting up the seva project in 2017 for weekly yoga classes/ meals for the Migrants Hostel in Saltillo, for people travelling from Central America. This program continues in Mexico. She collaborated with Jap Singh, sacred chant musician and trainer, on the albums Desert Amrit Sadhana (2018) and Chants for the Beloved (2015) (Spotify/iTunes/Spirit Voyage music). She worked and travelled with music and yoga until she returned home to Australia in 2019 where she is now based.

She currently works in Education-Training & Learning. She has a bachelors in Agriculture and a keen interest in food, how it is produced and how it contributes to health. She is inspired by yogic informed vegan cooking and cooked for yoga teachers training from 2017-2018 in Mexico.

Manshant was the Academic coordinator for the school Kamal Anup Yoga from 2016-2019. She served as a trainer in Level one training in the following generations- 2016- Chihuahua and Saltillo, 2017 – Monterrey, Saltillo and Aguascalientes, 2018- Monterrey, Saltillo & Chihuahua, 2019- Saltillo and Monterrey and Ubud Bali and Sydney Australia, 2020- Monterrey, 2021 (online) – Monterrey /DF Mexico (online). Level two trainings- 2018- Lifecycles & Lifestyles and Conscious Communication, 2019- Conscious Communication and Vitality and Stress in Mexico. She has been Tech Support for both the KRI online Summits and TTEC 2020-21.

Teaching others to teach Kundalini Yoga is her joy and contribution to community. Bringing the Self and others to connection through Naad yoga to the sacred sound current is her continuing work. She now co-creates and learns from her husband Jatinder Singh, a ragi, in the latest part of a musical and soul journey.


It is with energetic passion, love and joy that Guruwant (Daphna Dor) has been sharing the healing technology of Kundalini Yoga over the last 20+ years through classes, immersions and retreats both in her hometown of New York, her current home in Bali, where she lives with her family, and internationally. She was the coordinator and producer of the first KRI approved Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2014, and has since continued her path as a dedicated trainer of this transformational technology. Having served on several international trainings, she is currently a professional trainer with KRI.

A heart centered teacher, she is known for her dynamic sessions to serve students with the power of mindful self-experience, believing and teaching that we all have the wisdom, the light and the love within to manifest our highest calling!

Guruwant co-created and facilitated the first annual Kundalini Yoga Women’s Leadership Training in Bali in 2019, which has become an annual event.

Alongside her path as a Kundalini practitioner and teacher, Guruwant also facilitates Chakra Dance, is a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, and hatha yoga teacher. She enjoys weaving the wisdom of these practices into her teachings, and into the dance of life!

Gunjan Amrit Kocharr

Gunjan Amrit Kocharr aka Amrit Nam Kaur is an Associate level trainer and resides in New Delhi, India.

Her journey in Kundalini Yoga began in the year 2007 in India, Rishikesh with Gurumukh Kaur Khalsa, who’s her mentor. Shew was amongst the first batch of trainers in India, and ever since she has been teaching and learning this ancient science of living. In her journey since she started teaching, she unfolded her own life in its depth and understanding with the tools of Kundalini Yoga, it’s essence, mantras and breathwork.

She has been working towards building a community, a sangha of people who practice, learn and grow together with these tools. She offers various programs which includes women’s special events, family yoga on weekends, pranayama and meditation sessions. Her classes are greatly appreciated by her community and they all continue to share, evolve, progress and enhance their lives. She has been in a renowned TV channel for a year as a yoga expert and has been writing for various know publications in India. Sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga is her path and passion.

Taj Anand Singh & Taj Ananda Kaur

Taj Anand Singh and Taj Ananda Kaur joined the Kundalini Yoga Teacher training 5 years ago, since then their life has been transformed. Inspired by the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, they are committed to live out the true self and share the precious teaching whenever there is an opportunity, including teaching classes in the spiritual centers and community centers, leading Kundalini meditation and Gong healing in public events. He has also continued to deepen the practice by joining the Level 2 Mind & Meditation with Tarn Taran Singh, Sat Nam Rasayan with Guru Dev Singh in Italy and 21 Stages of Meditation with Suraj Kaur & Sunder Singh.
Taj Anand Singh and Taj Ananda Kaur started to share their self-sufficient farming experience after moving to the rural area 2 years ago. They both have a deep gratitude towards Mother Nature as she not only provides healthy food but also gives them grounding strength to face the challenging life.
Through sharing the personal growth experience and Kundalini Yoga teachings, Taj Anand Singh and Taj Ananda Kaur hope to inspire people to discover their own strength and live out their authentic self.

Guru Devi Kaur

Guru Devi’s love of young people’s education led her to attend Radiant Child Yoga Teaching Program (RCYT) in 2003, where she first discovered Kundalini Yoga. This was the first step in her transformation in becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga. Since then, Guru Devi has continued to learn and teach classes in various locations and countries, with particular emphasis on teaching in Women’s Shelters in Sydney. Guru Devi also practices Sat Nam Rasayan, the healing modality of Kundalini Yoga. Through her passion and practice of Sat Nam Rasayan, combined with Biomagnetism Pair Therapy, Food for Healing, Kundalini Yoga & Meditations, Guru Devi hopes to help people equip themselves to live happy and healthy lives.



Jana was born and raised in Zenica, a town near Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Growing up her grandmother provided a constant rich spiritual presence and an experience of nature’s ability to heal, something that was to become a core part of her life. Jana eventually migrated to Australia with her family in 1995 after living through the Bosnian war, surviving many challenging experiences that would go on to shape her perspective on life.

In Australia she began a new life completing a number of tertiary qualifications and successful professional stints in the Nursing, Strategic Marketing, and Finance industries. More recently, Jana has achieved Level 9 Acutonics Practitioner Certification. Working on a more energetic level, she has gained a deeper understanding of the nature of our being through continuous research and formal education, augmenting her certifications in healing modalities such as Seraphine healing, Reiki, Rebirthing, and Gong Sound healing. All these personal and professional experiences prepared her for her true calling, helping people release physical, emotional and psychological trauma.

Jana is also certified as a multi discipline yoga instructor and teacher trainer who has been practising since 2009. She is passionate about committing time to the group and individual classes and workshops, while also supporting the community of Kundalini Yoga instructors to reach their full potential. She brings compassion with a grounded practicality to empower students to follow their hearts and live their truth.


Rosan Cruz

Rosan Cruz is an experienced and successful Corporate Communications Executive with over 20 years’ experience. Over the years, her active lifestyle brought her various injuries from work stress and sports including cervical slipped disc and TMJ disorder.

She shed her corporate life in 2015 and decided to follow a higher calling to serve others. This higher calling is in line with her practice as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, a journey she has followed, practiced, and studied closely for over six years. She is a Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher (RYT-500), Gong Master, Theta Healer practitioner and teacher and certified life coach.

This all comes together as part of her advocacy for people to be the best they can be to lead happy, healthy and successful lives. As someone who has made the change to be happy and to serve others, Rosan shares her passion as a way to pay it forward and inspire people to change, transform and live, heal, bloom to their highest potential.


Tarn Taran Singh

While traveling to Mexico in 1972, Tarn Taran Singh and Tarn Taran Kaur stopped in Tucson, Arizona at the Guru Ram Das Ashram. After a few Kundalini Yoga classes, they moved into the Ashram and became students of Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga. After a few short months, Yogi Bhajan asked the Tarn Taran family to move to Europe to support his mission.

During his 25 years in Europe, Tarn Taran Singh became the 3HO European Regional Director. He founded the Guru Ram Das Ashram in Hamburg, Germany, the European Yogi Tea Company, and the 3HO European Yoga Festival, as well as the first European Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program.

After Yogi Bhajan’s passing in 2002, Tarn Taran Singh moved to New Mexico, where he served as the Executive Director of the KRI Aquarian Training Program for 11 years. In that capacity, he oversaw the spreading of Teacher Training to over 300 annual programs, taught in 50 countries and in 26 languages. The Aquarian Trainer Academy of over 700 members grew with him as the Executive Director.

Since retiring from that position in 2018, Tarn Taran Singh has more opportunities to enjoy more time with his daughter and his two grandsons, as well as relax in his wife’s beautiful organic garden and orchard. He continues to travel and teach internationally as he shares his wit, wisdom, music, and stories about Yogi Bhajan.

Madhur Nain-Webster

Madhur-Nain Webster is a Lead Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer with KRI. She also teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation courses internationally. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California she brings science-based research to the Kundalini Yoga teachings. Born in Amsterdam to the accomplished yoga teachers, Tarn Taran Kaur and Tarn Taran Singh Khalsa, she shares stories of the early days growing up with 3HO and brings lots of fun and laughter into the trainings. Madhur-Nain’s name, meaning “lotus eyes” in Punjabi, was given to her by famed Kundalini Yoga Master and close personal family friend, Yogi Bhajan. She is married and has two boys.

Madhur Nain’s genuine love of humanity and fascination with the human mind and behavior inspired her to pursue a career where she could influence people and enrich their lives. Her conviction of the positive influence that meditation has on the psychology and well-being of a person plays a major role in her approach to therapy and sharing the science and technology of yoga.

Tonie Nooyens

Tonie Nooyens is a practitioner of different traditions of meditation, meditational yoga and healing. He is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and one of the lead trainers on the Kundalini Yoga Asia Teacher Training Program. He travels widely, facilitating teacher training, workshops and retreats throughout Asia.
Tonie has been living in Southeast Asia since 1990. As from January 2005 he has been supporting Yoga and Meditation, focusing on teacher training, stress and trauma relief, as well as communication and personal capacity training for vulnerable groups.

Dev Suroop Kaur

Dev Suroop Kaur delights in sharing the pure practicality of nurturing a successful and deeply authentic life through the practices of Kundalini Yoga and Naad Yoga. A Lead Trainer in the KRI Aquarian Trainer Academy as well as an accomplished musician and recording artist, Dev Suroop Kaur strives to break it down, keep it real, and guide students to their own empowered authenticity. As a longtime practitioner and trainer of Kundalini Yoga, she deeply enjoys training students and teachers in the science of Kundalini and Naad Yoga and, specifically, in the ins and outs of chanting mantras and how to access the beauty and power of the voice. As a yogi and trainer, she is on a continual quest for deeper and broader understanding of yogic principles. In addition to her Kundalini Yoga studies, she is a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher through Yoga Farm Ithaca and is currently completing a 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training with Yogasource in Santa Fe. She currently lives with her husband in Espanola, New Mexico. Dev Suroop Kaur is certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) through Yoga Alliance and holds an MBA from the Claremont Graduate University.
